Chef Giuseppe Randisi
Giuseppe Randisi Giuseppe Randisi began his journey as a self-taught chef, driven by an immense curiosity and a passion for learning. He started his career at a very young age as a commis chef, where his talent was immediately recognized by the Head Chef. He spent ten years at this establishment, which specialized in large-scale banqueting, before deciding to strike out on his own and open a delicatessen (gastronomia). Throughout the following years, he traveled extensively and attended specialized culinary courses. This journey led him to 2003, the year he and his wife, Monica, embarked on their greatest adventure: opening Antica Locanda dell’Orco.
His philosophy is rooted in territorial cuisine one that is capable of expanding its horizons and evolving without ever betraying its origins. The selection of appetizers, first, and second courses is strictly seasonal, with a dedicated focus on rediscovering and utilizing niche local products, such as salampatata (potato salami) or the tomino cheeses from Bosconero and Castelnuovo. To ensure the highest quality and authenticity, all bread and pasta are house-made.

Every dish I prepare is a sensory journey an explosion of flavors and aromas that evoke happy memories and create new emotions.
